Chickpea, Gherkin and Dill Dalad – Creamy and nutty flavour of chickpeas, balanced by the crunchy Red Onion, Radishes and signature Gherkins.

Making hand-stretched dumplings with my grandma is one of my earliest culinary memories. It’s a celebratory ritual that got our whole family involved. Fresh dumpling dough would be rolled thinly, cut into circles and stuffed with a variety of fillings. They would vary from classic potato and onion to cabbage with wild mushrooms. I would like you to explore my favourite flavours with me; you can find them as currently featured filling on the menu page.
The special combination of herbs and spices give each dish a rich and deep charater.

When life gives you lemons… You make pierogi! Well, thats not quite how it goes, but there has never been a better opportunity for me to start doing what I love. After being made redundant, recovering from covid and all the while having a little toddler Gherkin to look after!
